  • Using Prosci/ADKAR change methodology, Gemtech Change Management and Planning provides a three phased approach:

  • Prepare for Change: Asses the need for change and plan communication and implementation.

  • AReinforce Change: Ensure long-term adoption through feedback and adjustments.

  • We can also work directly with individuals to embed this methodology into their change practice, offering ongoing coaching and support.

  • Developing change readiness and transition plans to help prepare and support organisations and their people to handle and adapt to change. This includes assessing willingness to embrace new initiatives, identifying current change capability and creating effective strategies to overcome challenges using tools such as:

  • Business, Customer and Technology readiness assessments.

  • Post implementation readiness reporting.

  • Transition readiness frameworks, including knowledge and responsibility transfer.
