Change Management & Planning
-
Using Prosci/ADKAR change methodology, Gemtech Change Management and Planning provides a three phased approach:
-
Prepare for Change: Asses the need for change and plan communication and implementation.
-
AReinforce Change: Ensure long-term adoption through feedback and adjustments.
-
We can also work directly with individuals to embed this methodology into their change practice, offering ongoing coaching and support.

Change Strategy & Leadership
-
Working alongside leadership teams to develop change strategies that align with the vision and goals of the organisation. This involves identifying the scope of change, setting objectives and designing approaches to address the impact on the organisation.

Change Sustainment
-
Post implementation, working with leaders to ensure that the changes are successfully embedded into the organisations culture and operations over time via:
-
Reinforcement of new ways of working.
-
Support systems such as training and coaching.
-
Monitoring and evaluation post implementation to assess effectiveness of change and benefit realisation.
-
Integration into policy, processes and culture.
-
Establishing continuous improvement methodology.
-

Readiness

Developing change readiness and transition plans to help prepare and support organisations and their people to handle and adapt to change. This includes assessing willingness to embrace new initiatives, identifying current change capability and creating effective strategies to overcome challenges using tools such as:
-
Business, Customer and Technology readiness assessments.
-
Post implementation readiness reporting.
-
Transition readiness frameworks, including knowledge and responsibility transfer.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
