Athol has extensive Business and ICT management experience, gained in government and private enterprises both in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. He has specialised in Change Management, especially with respect to improving ICT Service Management based on the ITIL framework, and related frameworks/standards such as COBIT and ISO/IEC 20000. Athol has conducted training and delivered consulting services in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.
Athol also has been a speaker at various conferences, as a subject matter expert, on various aspects of Service Management including specifically Business Continuity, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Change and Transition, Service Operation, Continuous Service Improvement and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
