Dave's advisory strengths lie in the areas of Business Development and Management, Project and Programme Management, Independent Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Asset Management Planning (especially Roading/Transport) and the provision of procurement related services. Dave is a certified GCDO Lead Reviewer, holding a 'Very Good' rating in both programme and project assurance, demonstrating his expertise in delivering high-quality assurance services.
