He has over 20 years' experience in the IT industry, covering a range of roles including Project Management, Business Analysis, Implementations, Upgrades, Deployment, Change Control, Release Management and Support. Ian has delivered on many different projects within New Zealand and the UK, and ensures that client objectives are met. He has extensive experience with Oracle functionality, open interfaces, integration, upgrade management, and reporting leading him to have a solid understanding of both functional and technical deliverables.
