Katie has over 10 years’ of experience in strategic advisory and change leadership. With a passion for driving transformational change, Katie is known for translating complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and has led change initiatives in both operational and project environments for organisations such as Inland Revenue, Ministry of Defence, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, Department of Conservation, and Sport NZ. Katie brings deep expertise across all aspects of change management as a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and an Accredited Change Manager (APMG). Beyond her role at Gemtech, Katie contributes governance expertise as a board member for several not-for-profits and has a background in social media and engagement management. Katie partners with organisations to empower teams, strengthen resilience, and achieve sustainable, people-centred outcomes through thoughtful and inclusive change.
