Louis brings experience across software development, automation, agentic AI development and digital strategy. Within Gemtech’s Digital Team, he helps shape and deliver technology solutions that improve organisational efficiency and support smarter use of digital tools. He works closely with clients to translate complex needs into practical, scalable outcomes that align business goals with technical delivery. Alongside his client work, Louis is delivering several internal digital initiatives, improving systems, processes, and service delivery. He is particularly focused on artificial intelligence and automation, consistently looking for opportunities to enhance workflows. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Data Science and Information Systems. During his studies, he was recognised on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence across multiple years, placing him among the top achievers in his cohort. He continues to invest in his professional growth and is currently completing a Microsoft Azure AI Essentials Professional Certificate and a Certificate in Project Management..
