Louis Westmoreland

Louis brings experience across software development, digital strategy, and solution design. Within Gemtech’s Digital Team, he helps shape and deliver technology solutions that improve organisational efficiency and support smarter use of digital tools. He works closely with clients to translate complex needs into practical, scalable outcomes that align business goals with technical delivery. Alongside his client work, Louis leads several internal digital initiatives, improving systems, processes, and service delivery. He is particularly focused on modern web technologies, automation, integration, and workflow optimisation, consistently looking for opportunities to enhance user experience and long-term platform sustainability. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with minors in Data Science and Information Systems. During his studies, he was recognised on the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence across multiple years, placing him among the top achievers in his cohort. Building on that foundation, he continues to invest in his professional growth and is currently completing a Certificate in Project Management.
