Richard has worked across a variety of roles in the UK and New Zealand, including Quality Assurance, Systems and Process Improvement, Project Coordination, and Compliance. He is currently on contract at the Ministry of Education, with Project Management duties across the Decarbonisation and Water Services Programmes. He has extensive administrative and project management experience; past responsibilities have included team management, compliance and auditing, business case writing, and service delivery. Richard's skillset also includes communications and MI, stakeholder engagement, budget management, invoicing, writing, and editing. He is PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, and Better Business Cases certified.
