David has over 25 years’ experience in independent quality assurance, portfolio, programme and project management, and consultancy services. He has worked with a wide range of portfolios within New Zealand’s public and private sectors.
David holds several project, programme and portfolio management qualifications including P3M3, PRINCE2, MSP and MoP. He works from a foundation of building and maintaining strong relationships, excellent communication, and provides professionalism and pragmatism to contribute to your delivery success.
David is a certified GCDO Lead Reviewer in programme, project, and portfolio assurance. David has a GCDO satisfaction rating of ‘excellent’ for programme and project assurance services, and 'very good' for portfolio assurance services. David is the highest rated Lead Reviewer in the Assurance category, with a quality rating of 93%.
