Diane is an information management expert with over 25 years’ experience in the industry and particular knowledge of records management. Her project management experience helps her to plan and lead successful programmes, and she employs her analytical and research skills to ensure the best solution for any information management issue. Diane has a friendly and professional approach, developing an easy rapport and gaining trust with the people she works with, which facilitates the transfer of ideas and skills.
Diane has been a member of the New Zealand Archives and Records Association since 1998, and has a strong knowledge of the Public Records Act and Privacy Act. She also has a basic understanding of te reo and tikanga Māori.
