Gemma is a talented Project Coordinator/Manager with strengths in efficient and effective delivery, driven by inclusive planning and clear communication. She is able to unpick challenging initiatives and communicate the requirements and approach in an uncomplicated way. A key strength is developing and documenting business processes that are supported by a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Gemma studied Commerce and Administration at Victoria University, specialising in International Business and Management, and is a certified Prince2 Practitioner. She currently forms part of our Napier-based Property and Environment team.
