Dave has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery of a variety of business-related consulting services, both within the public and private sector. He has advised many New Zealand government departments and fully appreciates the rigour and accountability requirements of providing advice that is likely to be carefully scrutinised by an independent party or central monitoring agency.
Dave’s advisory strengths lie in the areas of Business Development and Management, Project and Programme Management, Independent Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Asset Management Planning (especially Roading/Transport) and the provision of procurement related services.

Anna Milligan

Manager
As Gemtech’s Corporate Services Manager, Anna leads and coordinates Corporate Services, carrying out a range of activities on behalf of Gemtech and its clients. Anna works closely with the Managing Director, helping Gemtech run smoothly.
Anna is skilled at managing issues and is focused on resolutions. She brings to the role valuable personal qualities including commitment, a high level of integrity and professionalism. Anna is an excellent communicator and sets high standards both for herself and with respect to the work that she manages.
Anna is a superb administrator with great attention to detail. She uses this in her roles as Facility Security Officer (FSO), H&S Officer and Secretariat for the Gemtech Board. Anna has a background in Psychology, HR and Health & Safety.
